Through application of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), pulsing, and massaging deep opening poses, you’ll invite hydration and suppleness into previously stagnant holding patterns, along with subtle shearing techniques and compassionate humor to all the places you didn’t realize were bound.
