I’m a seasoned practitioner and educator in the realms of yoga, massage, and healing. I firmly believe in cultivating a movement practice of both bliss and nourishment. With a career spanning over two decades as a massage therapist and a decade-long commitment to movement instruction since 2009, I bring a wealth of experience to my teachings.
My professional journey is marked by deep immersions into fascial science, unconventional anatomy and physiology, and advanced myofascial techniques. In my classes, I seamlessly integrate sound physiological adaptations with classical understanding and a poetically curious inquiry toward reflection in each experience.
My goal is to inspire reflection and instill a renewed sense of movement and sensation in each practice. I guide students to feel the subtleties of their bodies, the emotional significance of their intentions, and the profound power that each of us has to make serious changes when we are intentional with our actions. Through a methodical application of rhythm and repetition, my classes provide students with an experience that builds through a familiar unfolding and ascending spiral of expression.
