My love of yoga developed through Yin classes in 2012. Yin provided the nourishment my mind, body and spirit craved as a new mother. I appreciated how difficult it was to settle my body into any form of stillness, a new challenge I embraced. As I continued to practice quieting my anxious mind, I could feel the connection between my mind and body strengthening. This all felt so new, uncomfortable, unfamiliar. I was intrigued and in love.
I became a yoga teacher in 2022 after 20 years of working in fast-paced corporate roles. In 2021, I decided to explore what feels closer to a purpose than a job and figure out how to feel better energetically. Yoga and meditation were invaluable tools as I navigated this mid-life transition and created a foundation for a redesigned life.
As a yoga teacher and intuitive energy guide, I’m passionate about creating a calm, supportive space to hear your inner voice. My intention is to encourage self-compassion and empower you in ways that expand and elevate your journey.
