Yoga became a part of my life in 2010. Initially drawn to the physicality of the yoga practice, I realized through the years that it was more about the work in than the work out. Falling in love with the form of self-expression that the practice provided, a moving meditation of sorts, as I could let breath and music move my body freely. Later, incorporating meditation into my practice became extremely beneficial to my personal well-being. All of these elements have helped shape me.
My current offerings at Yoga Shala are Align II and Hot Vinyasa. There you will find rhythmic beats to inspire movement, as well as quiet spaces to explore yourself from the inside out.
