“I love it here. I’ve been going for years, and keep coming back. They are continuously adding new classes, and each teacher has a different vibe and customization, which I really appreciate. These classes are hard and a great workout. There is also a line of “Yoga 101” courses to help people ease into things. It’s a nice, large space—they have two classrooms, and customize the classes to each. Again, I highly recommend it for new and experienced yoga students.”

The instruction was slow at a beginner’s pace, and Laura gave clear/simple directions on how to achieve each pose. I feel as though my yoga journey has started in the best possible way!”

After every session you walk out feeling calm, relaxed and with positive energy. They love their students and truly take care of them. There are multiple classes for all levels. Whether you are a newbie to yoga or have years of practice, Yoga Shala has the right classes and right instructors for you. This is a perfect place not only to exercise and make sure your body is healthy, but to meditate, disconnect from the outside world, and ensure your mind is healthy as well.”

“Gorgeous studio! Very chic, spacious, and clean. Love that their studio is heated, although they do have a non-heated room as well. Took a vinyasa class tonight with Yassi and as always, she does not disappoint! Added bonus— the studio is only 10 minutes away from my home! Definitely will be returning to this studio!”
