300-Hour Teacher Training

300-Hour Teacher Training: for those practicing for 2 years (minimum) and teaching for 1 year. Investment: Ease-in payment options available. A complimentary membership is granted and extends throughout the course. Non-refundable deposit required. Add richness to your classes and deepen the connection to your students. Develop mentorship and training skills of your own to support new teachers. Email info@yogashala.life with any questions! Teaching a minimum of one year is waived for approved 300-hour students.

Training Times and Dates

Times and dates can be subject to adjustment.

  • Fridays 5–8 p.m.
  • Saturdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Sundays 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

Small breaks and lunch breaks given throughout training dates. Make up sessions worked in as needed due to illness and travel.

Investment

Tuition:

  • $4500
  • Tuition includes in-person course, bound curriculum, unlimited membership to studio effective upon registration, and access to online educational tools.

Payment Options:

  • Pay in full
  • Payment plan:
    • $500 nonrefundable deposit due December 1, 2025.
    • 10 auto-payments of $400 billed monthly beginning January 2026.

Additional Information:

  • A book list will be provided with required reading as well as optional reading choices. The cost of the books are trainee’s responsibility.
  • Approximate cost for books varies from $100 to $150. Trainees will receive a bound curriculum and access to online support.
  • Detailed receipt for 1099 contractors for tax purposes available.
  • Upon completion of the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Trainees may register as an RYT300 with Yoga Alliance
