Yoga found me as a teenager, offering a welcome alternative to conventional sports that never quite resonated with my spirit. What began as curiosity has blossomed into a lifelong journey of growth and discovery. Through Yoga Teacher Training programs, I’ve intentionally tried to cultivate a well-rounded teaching approach that draws from various traditions and perspectives.
My hope is that class can feel like a sanctuary where your creativity meets patience, where challenge is always an invitation rather than an expectation. I love designing accessible experiences for practitioners of all levels, fostering an environment where experimentation is encouraged and self-discovery can flourish. I’m particularly passionate about continuing my education in women’s health at its various stages, understanding how yoga can support women through life’s transitions. Meeting the unique needs of women’s bodies throughout their lives.
