My journey with yoga began in my teens, thanks to my father’s introduction. I immediately connected with the powerful sense of calm that simple postures and breathwork provided. Although I drifted away during my busy college years, I returned to yoga during the demanding yet transformative time of motherhood. It offered me profound clarity through its ethical principles (Yamas and Niyamas), peace through the physical practice (Asana), and vital energy from the community. These elements helped me cultivate a life of continuous learning and love, both for myself and my family.
As a yoga teacher, my passion is to create safe, effective classes that empower students to discover what they are looking for through their own practice.
