My approach to yoga is rooted in creating safe, supportive spaces where students can connect with their breath, body, and inner wisdom. With certifications in trauma-informed yoga and restorative yoga, I guide classes that emphasize mindfulness, gentle movement, and deep listening to what feels right for you.
Yoga has been a profound part of my own healing journey, teaching me how movement and breath can cultivate strength, balance, and self compassion. My goal is to help you experience that same connection, whether through grounding restorative practices, or intentional breath work.
I have trained extensively at Transcending Sexual Trauma through Yoga with Zabie Yamasaki, completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jayme Sekel and Jonathan Cronin at Inner Power Yoga, and studied Restorative Yoga with Cyndi Lee. My approach integrates these influences to offer practices that are both grounding and empowering.
I believe yoga is for every body, and my classes are designed to be accessible, empowering, and deeply nourishing. Wherever you are in your practice, you are welcome here. You are enough.
