As a lifelong athlete, movement has always been my foundation. Yoga re-entered my life when I needed purpose, offering clarity, strength, and a sense of direction during a pivotal chapter of my life.
Yoga reminds me how to breathe, especially through discomfort, stay present, and find strength in stillness. My relationship with movement was reshaped by my experience with yoga and I was inspired to deepen my practice, pursue teacher training, and ultimately teach.
Becoming a yoga teacher felt like a natural extension of my passion for wellness and helping others. I hope to create a space where everyone can build strength, mentally, physically, and feel empowered on and off the mat.
