I believe there is something powerful about creating space to simply be still—to step away from the constant noise of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with what matters most. I am an MBSR-certified practitioner and meditation facilitator, and my work is rooted in mindfulness, connection, and intentional living. I lead guided meditation journeys, women’s circles, and forest immersion experiences, each designed to offer a different pathway back to presence.
My own practice has taught me that meditation doesn’t have to be complicated or perfectly quiet to be meaningful. I especially love introducing meditation to people who may be curious but aren’t quite sure where to begin, creating experiences that feel welcoming, accessible, and grounded in real life.
Nature is also an important part of my work. Through forest immersion and mindfulness practices, I invite people to slow their pace, engage their senses, and experience the restorative power of being fully present in the natural world.
Whether I’m guiding a meditation, gathering women in circle, or leading a group into the forest, my intention is the same: to create a space where people can quiet the outside noise, listen inward, and leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and at home within themselves.
